Tai Chi

Our center organizes Tai Chi trainings for all age groups. It is meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and balance and health.

An old saying of Tai says that the mind moves the energy and energy moves the body. In Tai practice we first must become aware of the body and the way it moves. We gradually learn how to become aware of our energy, we feel it move and learn how to direct it with our mind. When the mind, body and energy are in harmony, then we truly practice Tai – it is a basis of what we call Tai Chi as meditation skill.

Training are held Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm and Saturdays from 12pm (noon) to 1 pm.
