Improve your body posture, stretch and strengthen your muscles. Get rid of stress and tension. During the exercise you use various requisites which additionally make slight resistance and bring versatility in exercise.

By exercising you fill your body with energy and endorphins, you move the metabolism. You will have energy even 16 hours after the exercise. Besides, it will give you self-consciousness, strength and clear mental vision.

Muscles don't know for years. They have no "biological clock". Muscle strength can at any age be doubles in 12 months.

Pilates classes are held on:

  • Tuesdays from 9am to 10am
  • Tuesdays/Fridays from 7pm to 8pm.
